Before the survey, we agree the purpose, the areas to be assessed and the information you need from the report. Existing drawings, service records and inspection reports help us prepare; missing documentation can be discussed.
Is the first visit a full survey?
No. Our free introductory visit is an opportunity to look at the site and discuss your requirements. Detailed technical surveys, engineering and design are separate services.
Can you help with defects in an inspection report?
Yes. Send us the report and we can discuss the remedial work. Independent examinations can also be arranged through specialist partners.
