Improve what matters.

Reliability, door operation, controls and cabin finishes each affect the experience of using a lift. We assess the existing installation and help define a practical scope.

Safety for everyone who relies on your lift.

We assess opportunities to improve passenger safety and safe access for engineers and contractors. Recommendations consider the existing installation, applicable standards and regulatory requirements, with the scope, testing and documentation agreed for the proposed works.

Engineering with the building in mind.

For hotels and occupied properties, the programme matters as much as the finished result. We discuss access, working arrangements and anticipated disruption as part of the proposal.

A CLEAR WAY FORWARD

From first conversation
to the next step.

01 /

Assess the installation

Review the existing equipment, recurring faults and the changes you want to achieve.

02 /

Shape the proposal

Agree the technical scope, finish options where relevant, and the programme for the proposed work.

03 /

Deliver the upgrade

Carry out the agreed works, testing and handover appropriate to the scope.

Your questions.

Does modernisation mean replacing the whole lift?

Not necessarily. The scope may focus on selected components or involve a more extensive upgrade, depending on condition and your objectives.

Can the cabin finish be bespoke?

We can discuss bespoke finishes and details alongside the technical scope, subject to the suitability of the existing installation.

How long will the lift be unavailable?

This depends on the scope, parts and site conditions. We discuss the proposed programme and anticipated downtime before work is agreed.

We recently had our dumbwaiter repaired and couldn’t be happier with the service. The engineer arrived on time, quickly worked out what was wrong and had it sorted without any fuss. He was friendly, professional and clearly knew his stuff. Everything’s working perfectly again. Honestly, he deserves a pay rise! Would definitely recommend.
