MT ELEVATORS / A PERSONAL APPROACH
An effortless arrival. A smooth working day. A building that feels cared for. Behind each is equipment that needs proper attention — and engineers who understand what is at stake when it stops.
THE ENGINEERING BEHIND THE EXPERIENCE01 / Our expertise
Whether the issue is urgent or the work is planned, we begin with your building, your lift and your priorities. Then we define the next step clearly.
Fault finding and repairs for unexpected breakdowns and recurring problems. A defined scope, clear communication and practical recommendations.
Maintenance arrangements shaped around the installation, its use and the requirements of the people managing the property.
Doors, controls, communications and wider improvements, planned around access, disruption and the life of the building.

02 / Hotels & hospitality
Passenger lifts, service lifts and dumbwaiters. Support coordinated with the team who know your property best.
Let’s discuss your property ↗03 / Private residences & managed properties
From private residences to busy blocks of flats and commercial premises, our approach stays the same: understand the installation and do the work carefully. We discuss access, finishes and the practicalities of working in an occupied property before agreeing the scope.
London · Home Counties
Planned projects across England
Repairs and maintenance across London and the Home Counties. For installations and modernisation elsewhere in England, tell us about your project and we’ll discuss the practical arrangements.
A conversation about your property ↗
A recurring door fault, an unexpected shutdown or an older lift that is becoming unreliable. We work with existing hydraulic and traction installations, including equipment that needs a practical plan rather than a cosmetic refresh. We investigate, explain the options and agree the scope before proceeding.
For hotels and occupied properties, we discuss access, working arrangements and disruption with your team. Attendance and completion depend on the fault, availability and any parts required.

ONGOING CARE / A CLEAR PLAN05 / Lift maintenance
A maintenance arrangement should reflect the lift, its condition and how the building uses it. We discuss the service requirements and agree the scope, visit arrangements and reporting with you.
Routine attention to the installation, with findings and recommendations explained to the person responsible for the property.
Discuss passenger demand, service routes and access with us. Maintenance work is coordinated around the agreed requirements of your site.
We offer different maintenance options. The quotation and contract define the visits, callouts, parts, exclusions and other cover included in your chosen arrangement.
Maintenance and statutory thorough examination are separate requirements. We can discuss the arrangements your building needs.
Discuss a maintenance plan ↗06 / Bespoke lifts & modernisation
A new installation, a replacement lift or a carefully planned upgrade. We develop the scope around the available space, intended use, access and architectural requirements.
From supply and installation to controls, doors, communications and finishes, the detail follows the project. Where needed, lift removal and associated building or electrical works can be discussed as part of a clearly defined package.
Technical feasibility, design, finishes and programme are confirmed through assessment and an agreed specification. Planned projects across England by arrangement.

We recently had our dumbwaiter repaired and couldn’t be happier with the service. The engineer arrived on time, quickly worked out what was wrong and had it sorted without any fuss. He was friendly, professional and clearly knew his stuff. Everything’s working perfectly again. Honestly, he deserves a pay rise! Would definitely recommend.
