LIFT REPAIRS & FAULT FINDING
Get to the cause of the breakdown.
A lift that keeps stopping needs a proper investigation. We diagnose the problem, explain the findings and recommend repair work based on the equipment in front of us.

When the same fault keeps coming back.
Intermittent door problems, hydraulic faults and control issues can disrupt a building long before the lift stops completely. Tell us what happens, when it happens and what has already been tried. We use that information alongside our on-site investigation to establish the next step.
Doors and landing equipment
Investigation and repair of door operators, locks, rollers and associated equipment, with attention to both the fault and the condition of the surrounding components.
Hydraulic and traction systems
Support for hydraulic equipment, drives and mechanical systems. Repair options are assessed against the installation, its condition and the availability of suitable parts.
Controls and older equipment
Fault finding across a range of British and European systems, including older lifts where documentation or replacement parts may be difficult to obtain.
Clear findings. An agreed next step.
We confirm the visit arrangements and authorisation before attendance. After the investigation, we explain the recommended work and provide a visit report. Any additional work requiring approval is agreed before proceeding.
Repairs across England.
London and the Home Counties are our main service area. We also undertake planned lift repairs across England for hotels, restaurants, commercial properties and residential buildings.
Can you help if another company maintains the lift?
Yes. Send us the lift details and a description of the problem so we can discuss access and the scope of our involvement.
Do you repair older lifts?
Yes. We assess the existing equipment and explain the practical options, including where parts availability or condition affects the repair.
